11月4日，陜西西安。女子發視頻稱在商場吃自助發現灶臺上有一只大老鼠，經理主動給免了單，但是胃里很不舒服。5日，店長回應稱發現后直接連夜讓消殺公司消殺了，周圍的菜品全部都倒了，店里每周都會消殺，商場太大，不知道是從哪里跑過去的，以后會更注意衛生。
