11月6日，ST廣網(wǎng)（600831）發(fā)布公告，公司股票將于2025年11月7日停牌一天，11月10日復(fù)牌后簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)變更為廣電網(wǎng)絡(luò)，將實(shí)現(xiàn)正式摘牌。
公告中提到，撤銷(xiāo)其他風(fēng)險(xiǎn)警示后，公司股票轉(zhuǎn)出風(fēng)險(xiǎn)警示板交易，公司股票交易的日漲跌幅限制由5%變?yōu)?0%。
2025年前三季度，ST廣網(wǎng)實(shí)現(xiàn)收入8.94億元，歸母凈利潤(rùn)-6.04億元。
