在首屆中國文明鄉風大會上，發布了“全國文明鄉風建設十大優秀案例”，經過地方推薦、專家評審，中央精神文明建設辦公室從全國169個案例中精選出10個案例，延安市志丹縣的文明大篷車榜上有名，是陜西省唯一入選案例。
