11月4日，約旦王后拉尼婭在德國慕尼黑發表講話。
拉尼婭表示，現在以色列對待加沙民眾的方式就如同從前納粹德國的行徑，“用言論煽動仇恨”。以色列只要讓公眾相信他們面對的是“野獸”，那樣的話，針對加沙人的暴力不僅可以被接受，還會被視為很有必要。
