財聯社11月7日電，2025年9月，國家能源局核發綠證2.29億個，涉及可再生能源發電項目30.65萬個，其中可交易綠證1.58億個，占比68.86%。本期核發2025年8月可再生能源電量對應綠證2.00億個，占比86.98%。2025年1—9月，國家能源局共計核發綠證21.08億個，其中可交易綠證14.35億個。2025年9月，全國交易綠證6512萬個，其中綠色電力交易綠證2102萬個。2025年1—9月，全國交易綠證5.29億個，其中綠色電力交易綠證1.79億個。2025年9月，全國單獨交易綠證4410萬個，交易平均價格為4.99元/個，環比下降11.78%。
