11月6日，海南機(jī)場(chǎng)（600515）發(fā)布公告，關(guān)于2025年面向?qū)I(yè)投資者非公開(kāi)發(fā)行公司債券（第二期）發(fā)行結(jié)果的公告。
公司獲準(zhǔn)面向?qū)I(yè)投資者非公開(kāi)發(fā)行總額不超過(guò)10億元的公司債券。本期債券的發(fā)行規(guī)模為不超過(guò)5億元，發(fā)行價(jià)格為100元/張，發(fā)行期限為5年，票面利率為2.32%。
公司已于2025年11月6日完成本期債券的發(fā)行工作，實(shí)際發(fā)行規(guī)模為5億元，債券簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)為“25海機(jī)02”，債券代碼為“280618.SH”。
2025年前三季度，海南機(jī)場(chǎng)實(shí)現(xiàn)收入32.80億元，歸母凈利潤(rùn)6435萬(wàn)元。
