澤連斯基稱贊了“亞速營”組織士兵的作戰成果，并對他們表示感謝。“亞速營”被認為是烏極端民族主義民兵組織，現被編為烏國民警衛隊第12特種旅。
該組織被俄方認定為“新納粹”和“恐怖主義組織”，雙方曾激烈交火。
