蘭州市氣象局消息，預計10月23至24日，蘭州市將有降水降溫天氣。城關、安寧、西固為小雨或雨夾雪，其余地區以雨夾雪為主，其中永登西北部有小到中雪，榆中南部及七里河南部有小雪。
降水分為兩個階段，分別為：10月23日02至11時和24日08至23時，累計降水量3~10毫米。
伴隨降水，10月23至24日，全市最高氣溫下降5~7℃，24日市區高溫降至11℃，最低氣溫變幅較小。
