The development trend of homestay design:

Individuation and theme: the cookie-cutter hotel-style accommodation can no longer meet the needs of tourists, so the design of homestays pays more attention to individuation and theme. For example, homestays with parent-child theme, romantic theme and artistic theme are created for different groups of customers such as family travel, lovers' vacation and artistic youth.

Local culture and experience: The design of homestay pays more attention to the integration with local culture and natural environment, and presents local characteristics through architectural style, spatial layout, decorative elements, etc., to provide tourists with an immersive cultural experience.

一、安吉 · 仲夏DREAM

RESIDENTIAL DESIGN

2016年開業的堯珈·仲夏Dream野奢酒店，隱匿在安吉竹海深處的白楊村村落，摒棄了目前較為常見的鄉土懷舊或是現代簡約風格，另辟蹊徑地建成了東南亞風格的野奢民宿，以氈房為形、呈圍爐式布局，其中最有特色的圓形獨棟星空別墅竹絲為頂，石頭為墻，帶有濃郁的異域色彩，形似馬爾代夫小島上的茅屋。酒店坐落于浙江省湖州市安吉縣孝豐鎮白楊村宋家灣，隱匿于竹海溪流之間，距離杭州HelloKitty樂園僅31公里，云上草原約42公里，江浙滬周末自駕游的完美落腳點。
