9平米，有多大呢？也許只夠放下一張桌子，和一群來自安第斯山脈的我們。

Probably just enough room for a single table and a few fluffy alpaca toys from the Andes.

可就在這個小到轉身都難的角落里，我們卻拿到了“上海戶口”。

Yet in this tiny corner where even turning around was a challenge, we earned something special — our own kind of Shanghai

It's the comeback story of an alpaca plush — a heartwarming reminder that even the smallest booth can hold the biggest dreams.

我是暖暖，一只來自安第斯山脈的（土著）羊駝玩偶。咱這身毛毛，可是安第斯的驕傲，是老鄉們的命根子。

I'm Warmy, an alpaca plush from the Andes.

Our wool is our deepest pride, and the lifeblood of our people.

可在這深山中，像我這么精美的手工藝品，活得跟背景板似的。路過的人啊，眼皮都不帶抬一下的……

But in these mountains, fine crafts like me often go unnoticed.

Few ever pause to truly see us…

直到有一天，一位中國小姐姐摸了摸我的毛，低聲驚呼：“也太特別了吧！……我要帶一只回中國，給我的客戶見識下安第斯的寶藏！”

Until one day, a woman from China brushed my wool and whispered: "You're so unique… I'll take one back to China to show my client this treasure from the Andes."

幾周后，她的語音消息傳來：“我客戶超愛！他要一千只！”

我當場驚得毛都豎起來：“一千只？這都能湊成一支羊駝軍團了吧！”

Weeks later, her voice came through the phone: "My client loves it! He wants 1,000 pieces!"

I was so shocked that my fur stood on end. "1,000? That's an alpaca army!"

可惜啊，我們的高光時刻太短暫。那筆超大訂單，成了我們絕無僅有的輝煌。

之后的兩年，店里的生意零零散散，一天不如一天。

那會兒，我感覺自己哪還是個玩偶，根本就是塊肉干了嘛！

But alas, our fifteen minutes of fame were over.

That single large order was all we ever had;

the rest trickled in, smaller and fewer with each passing season.

Two years later, business was... well, as quiet as a sleeping llama.

At this point, I was less of a plushie and more of a potential jerky snack.

就在我們快要絕望的時候，那位中國小姐姐，居然打聽到了一個超牛的博覽會！

她一個電話打給中國國際進口博覽局，上來就安利：“這些羊駝玩具不一樣！它們可是能擁抱的安第斯故事！”

結果對方說：“只剩最后一個9平米的展位了。”

我心里犯嘀咕：“九平米？我這一身蓬松毛，擠進去怕不是要變成‘壓絨玩具’！”

Just when we'd lost all hope, that Chinese woman caught wind of a major expo.

She called the China International Import Expo Bureau and told them, "These alpaca toys are special! They're stories you can literally hug!"

"Only one 9-square-meter booth remained," said the voice on the other side of the phone.

9 square meters? I could barely fit my fluff in that.

但就是這通電話，換來了一封邀請函——一張直達上海的VIP票！

The call led to an envelope — a ticket straight to Shanghai!

就這樣，我的奇幻冒險總算開啟啦！

我一走就是23天，漂洋過海，然后在世界第一大集裝箱港口，順順利利走了“綠色通道”。

海關小哥把我叫做“萌貨”，這可是我收到的來自制服人員的最高贊譽！

And so the adventure began!

I sped across the Pacific on a 23-day voyage, then breezed through the "green channel" at the world's busiest port.

The customs officer called me "cute cargo" — the best review I've ever gotten from anyone in uniform.

進展館那一刻，心涼了半截：咱那9平米的小角落，也太迷你了吧！

可誰能想到，就這么個小展臺，竟一下子抓住了所有人的目光！

訂單紛至沓來，瞅著主人那藏不住的笑，我心里就明白，咱這次，成了！

Then came the moment of truth: our 9-square-meter booth felt impossibly small.

But to our surprise, our tiny stage captured hearts from around the world.

Orders poured in, and my maker's smile said it all.

進博會給我們的，不只是一個展位，更是闖世界的底氣。

它幫我對接買家，解讀政策，清晰地畫出了一張通往未來的路線圖。

The expo didn't just give us a booth. It gave us wings.

It hooked me up with buyers, offered policy support, and even drew a "map" for what came next.

后來，我們更獲邀入駐虹橋品匯，在進博會展館旁擁有了一個長期展位！

那一刻，我感覺自己就像拿到了上海戶口，成了個“滬籍羊駝”！

We were then invited to a permanent spot near the CIIE exhibition hall.

I felt like Shanghai had adopted me.

等我在上海站穩腳跟，四處一打量……好家伙，瞬間覺得自己土掉渣了！

身邊全是流水線出來的、光鮮亮麗的標準玩具。

再看看自己這身“手工高定”和不羈的縫線……不行，必須來場“顏值革命”！

Once I settled in, I started looking around.

And oh boy, did I feel underdressed.

I was surrounded by the sleek, perfect factory toys.

I looked at my own uneven seams and thought, time to glow up.

Our "quality revolution" began!

一番改頭換面之后，我徹底開掛了！粉絲越來越多——連上海的營商環境大使都特意來看我。

拿著他送的“開業大禮包”，在上海開新店？那叫一個順暢！

After my glow-up, I was unstoppable.

I got more fans — even Shanghai's business support officer dropped by.

With his welcome kit, opening a new store in Shanghai was a breeze!

再后來，我們家族也人丁興旺起來。從暖暖的圍巾到厚厚的羊絨大衣，我們把來自安第斯的溫暖，從上海，送向了全世界。

And then, our family started to grow.

From cozy scarves to warm coats, we kept spreading warmth from Shanghai to the world.

你瞧，這就是上海和進博會的魔力：一個9平米的“小攤位”，真能撬動全世界的“大生意”。
