中國科學技術信息研究所10月30日發(fā)布的《2025年中國科技論文統計報告》顯示，我國熱點論文數量世界占比首次過半，達53.2%，世界排名保持第一位；高被引論文數量保持世界第二位，與美國的差距逐漸縮小。

China for the first time contributed to more than half of the world's hot papers, accounting for 53.2 percent of the total and maintaining its top global ranking, according to a statistical report released on October 30, 2025. The country also maintained its position as the world's second-largest producer of highly cited papers, closing the gap with the United States, said a report on China's scientific papers output 2025 released by the Institute of Scientific and Technical Information of China (ISTIC).

【知識點】

熱點論文是指近兩年間發(fā)表的論文在統計周期內得到大量引用，且被引用次數進入本學科前1‰的論文。高被引論文是指各學科論文近十年被引用次數處于世界前1%的論文。

《2025年中國科技論文統計報告》顯示，截至2025年8月，我國的熱點論文數為2342篇，數量比2024年統計時增加了4.6%；美國的熱點論文數為1511篇，居世界第二位。我國高被引論文數為76271篇，占世界份額提升至37.41%，與排名第一位的美國僅相差11篇。

按第一作者第一單位統計分析的結果顯示，2024年，我國發(fā)表高水平國際期刊論文15.49萬篇，占世界總量的39.2%，被引用次數為101.12萬次，論文發(fā)表數量和被引用次數均排在世界第一位。我國高水平科研論文的數量持續(xù)增長，大部分統計指標已位居世界前列，論文評價從“重數量”到“重質量”轉變正取得積極成效。

【重要講話】

當前，新一輪科技革命和產業(yè)變革突飛猛進，學科交叉融合不斷發(fā)展，科學研究范式發(fā)生深刻變革，科學技術和經濟社會發(fā)展加速滲透融合，基礎研究轉化周期明顯縮短，國際科技競爭向基礎前沿前移。應對國際科技競爭、實現高水平自立自強，推動構建新發(fā)展格局、實現高質量發(fā)展，迫切需要我們加強基礎研究，從源頭和底層解決關鍵技術問題。

At present, a new round of sci-tech revolution and industrial transformation is advancing by leaps and bounds, interdisciplinary integration is growing, the paradigm of scientific research is undergoing profound changes, the integration of science and technology with economic and social development is accelerating, the application cycle of basic research is significantly shortened, and international competition in basic research is moving to the forefront. To cope with international sci-tech competition, achieve greater self-reliance, foster a new development pattern, and promote high-quality development, there is an urgent need to strengthen basic research and address key technologies from the source and from the bottom.
